My coaching style is a mix of real talk, practical tools, and deep inner work. I’m not here to lecture you or throw cliches and jargon your way. I’m here to get to know you and create a plan that works for you. I incorporate science-backed techniques and methods such as DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), shadow work, etc.. These skills will teach you how to improve your mindset, communicate better, have better distress tolerance, build healthy habits, and create better interpersonal relationships. I also offer nutrtional guidance such as dietary changes or supplements/vitamins to improve different areas of your life (such as ADHD, depression, IBS, etc.). I by no means replace an RD/RDN, but I can offer you practical nutrtional advice. I specialize in the following:
Mindset
Mindset coaching is all about molding your mindset into one that sets you up for success. We will go over various mood-boosting methods and strategies to make your life feel a little easier. We will create a mindset that works with your, not against you.
Lifestyle
Lifestyle coaching will help you to build healthy habits in your daily life. You’ll be able to manage stress better, have better time management, and a solid foundation that will set you up for success.
Health/Nutrtion
As a life coach and nutritionist I can help you assess both health and nutrtion goals you have. I can give you practical advice on your eating habits, supplements/vitamins, etc. (I do not replace an RD!)
FAQs
-
Life coaching is the process of taking areas of your life that you dislike or struggle with and molding them into more postive experiences to make your life easier. It’s not therapy - and I don’t replace a mental health professional - but it can be similar. Coaching focuses on setting goals, building habits, and creating a life that feels aligned and fulfilling. That said, I specialize in working with neurodivergent and highly sensitive people, and my methods are trauma-informed.
-
Anyone! I specialize in working with neurodivergent and queer people, but I also work with anyone struggling with identity, motivation or emotional regulation, and anyone overwhelmed in their current life.
-
As a sociology student who has also studied psychology, nutrtion, and bio-sciences, I have a wide range of knowledge in different areas. I’m a queer and neurodivergent individual who has the capacity to understand many different perspectives as well. I like to make my coaching relatable and laid back, we’ll get to know each other personally, not just professionally.
